This was easy to set up, even though the little bag used to inflate it did not come with instructions. The temperature at night was cold (high teens, low 20s) and I slept like a baby. My boyfriend had a different sleeping pad (same sleeping type of sleeping bag though) and he was much colder than I was. I would definitely get this sleeping pad again.
