First off, if you want a backpacking tent, this one is quit bulky at 22 inches long by 24 inches circumferece in its carry bag. Bare in mind I’ve not yet used it, but have set it up in a “dry run” experience. Weight is not bad and the construction is good. Tent pegs are a bit much and I’d maybe consider smaller ones like the MSR offerings. It is a solid 1.5 person tent in my opinion unless you want to be touching shoulders with your tent mate. I’m no slender fellow however and at 222 with broad shoulders your mileage may vary so far as floor space. I’m not at all displeased with it, but I expect that it will be a warmer three season as it has a liberal side wall on one end with limited mesh on that side. I will have to report later for true world field use opinions.
