The online ordering process had a little hiccup but a quick phone call to the store (less than two minutes) got the issue sorted. The pack was quickly shipped and arrived sooner than initial estimates. It was exactly as advertised and in perfect condition. As I just recently ordered this pack, I haven’t gotten much use out of it. I will edit after I get a few trail miles on the pack!
