Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park

Located in San Dimas, California, this beautiful 1,800-acre facility has a 250 acre lake and 14 miles of trails for multiple uses. You can practice several activities in this amazing regional park: boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming, family and group picnicking, nature walks, hiking, jogging, and biking.

Castaic Lake State Recreation Area

This spectacular water reservoir is one of the largest in all California and it provides fresh water to local communities. This 12,658-acre recreational park offers two lakes: the upper one features two launch ramps for boating with various waterways and coves that are great for exploring. The lower lake includes picnic zones, launch areas for kayaks, float tubes and other non-gasoline boating, and a swimming beach. But that’s not all, you can also go hiking, horseback riding, wake boarding and jet skiing in this amazing park.

 

Marshall Canyon Park & Nursery

Located in La Verne, California, this Canyon Park is great for camping. It has 119 acres and includes 40 campsites, horseshoe pits, built-in barbeques, a sand volleyball court and a full size stage, dance floor and circle fire pit. It is the perfect park in California for hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian activities.

The park includes a tree nursery and The Fred M. Palmer Equestrian Center, which offers a full size training arena with judge’s stand, water troughs and forty-five individual horse corrals.Camping and outdoors activities
