Yankee Springs Recreation Area, Michigan

Another park I always enjoyed hiking and cycling is Yankee Springs Recreation Area, Michigan. The mountain biking is challenging & beautiful. This park includes 30 miles of hiking trails, 12 miles of challenging mountain bike trails, 9 miles of horseback trails, as well as two public beaches, picnic shelters, and two fishing piers, along with a modern 200 campsite campground with full hookups.
