    My favorite backpacking tent

This Review is by an OG employee—

I took this tent out to do the 4 Pass Loop in the Maroon Bells and it’s now my favorite backpacking tent I’ve ever used. It’s incredibly light, has ample living space, and is a cake-walk to set up. I actually decided to use this tent because I was out with my dog and was going to need the extra space. I brought a double bag (Campforter Double) and a double pad (Klymit Double V) and was a little worried they wouldn’t fit well inside the tent but they actually both fit very nicely. Also, speaking on the ease of set-up, it only has 2 separate poles, as the 4 sections of pole that go to the corners of the tent are all met in the middle with a hub system, and then there is one smaller pole that helps pull the top and the sides of the tent out to give you extra living space. The system of poles connected to the hub are even color coded nicely so you know exactly which corner they go to. This makes it nearly impossible to screw up which is always nice. Also, it is a two door two vestibule tent which anyone that has been backpacking knows is quite the luxury. Basically, what I’m trying to say is if you’re looking for a high end backpacking tent I would point you to this one 10 times out of 10!
