Everything was in tip-top shape and clean. My only criticism is that my pack was far too big for me and couldn’t be adjusted to fit. It was perfect for my husband but extraordinarily large for me.

Overall we were incredibly impressed with the quality of the gear and the ease of the shipping. Everything came in on time and was well packed, all of the gear was in good condition and it was simple to follow the directions on how to ship the package back to the company. The only issue we ran into was that our water purifier would not for the life of us work. We had several other people on the trail who had the same purifier look at it and none of them could fix it either. This turned out not to be a big deal as we were traveling with another couple who also had a water purifier and we really should have checked that it worked before setting off.
Overall though were were very pleased with Outdoors Geek and will 100% be ordering from them again!
