The first state park in Kansas, Kanopolis State Park is in the scenic Smoky Hills region of the state of Kansas. It offers more than 30 miles of trails, 200 primitive campsites. There are 14 campgrounds with utilities outside the park.
Petroglyph National Monument is a repetitively new park, that did not exist when I was a kid. I have been to Albuquerque, a number of times but have never had the chance to explore this park. Have you? Whats your favorite thing to do here?
When I was around 8 or 9, on a family vacation with two of my cousins. We visited Cedar Breaks and Bryce Canyon. Both amazing parks and great memories. With winter here Cedar Breaks is to cold to visit but… “I am dreaming of warm camping, just like the ones I use to know. Where the treetops glisten and children listen to hear the birds tweet…”
Jasper National Park is the most Northern National Parks we have visited so far, and we will travel into Canada to go there!
